Q1: Is there any minimum order amount/ quantity?
A: No, we didn’t set any limit to amount/ quantity. We deliver as long as 1 item is purchased. In this way, you can try out our service & products. Once you have confidence in us, you can check out our discount scheme to enjoy greater values for your purchase
Q2: 'Sold Out' products when will it be available?
A: Pls email us your interest. Once the item is in stock, you will be notified immediately by email. For timing, currently we cannot promise to prevent any disappointments. It can be as fast as 1 or 2 weeks time, or longer for certain designs as it may be out of stock temporary/ permanently at manufacturer’s side.
Q3: Do you have an offline store?
A: We are specializing online only currently.
Q4: Does the necklace includes the chain?
A: Yes the chains as shown in the pictures are included unless otherwise stated
Q5: I was not at home when the registered package was delivered. What should I do?
A: Please do not worry... you can contact your local post office and request for redelivery or alternatively you can arrange with them for self-collection.
Q6: What if I'm not very familiar with online shopping but I still want to place an order?

This is cater for those interested buyers who have no access to IT or knowledge of online buying process. Just copy the code/title of the item you want to purchase, the colour you want and the size if any.

How Long does it take to receive my orders?
Our Accessories are all instocks, limited quantities available as manufacturer limits production quota to maintain the uniqueness of each design.

♦ We provide Free Normal Local Mail in Singapore.
♦ Registered Mail Optional at $2.50 ( Recommended )
♦ If your total order amount before discount is $65 & above, we will provide
Complimentary Registered mail.
** From our past experiences, we notice that private apartments address may need more time to arrive, this may be due to security control.
** We will not be liable for any lost of mail through normal mailing. Seek your understanding as mail is by Singpost not within our control. Registered Mail is highly recommended.
Can I request for Local courier service?
Yes. We will deliver your goods via Local Courier should you request it.
This mode of delivery is suitable for urgent orders and/or for orders that exceed 2KG in weight. The minimum charge is SGD9.15. You will receive your order(s) within the same day or the next working day depending on the booking time.

**Please note that we will register ALL overseas Airmail by default to prevent missing packages. An additional SGD$1.50 is applicable. If you wish to opt out, we will NOT be responsible for any missing parcel. The cost of registering your package will be complimentary from us if your order total amount before discount is $65 & above.
Please note that we will not be able to insure against any damages for overseas mail as it may involves many hands of handling. We will packaged the items with utmost care and double the layer of bubble wrapping for protection of overseas mail.

Returns Policy
Items sold Cannot be cancelled, refund nor exchangeable.
We will not be liable for any delay/ damages/ lost in process of mailing.
All goods will be inspected before delivery. We will only exchange or replace the item due to manufacturer's defects. No other reasons will be entertained. Eg of other reasons: Accidendentally place order for the wrong item, colour doesn't suits me etc. Pls check through the specifications & place order correctly for the correct size/ colour/ design if any.
All defects must be reported to CartRegisFashion@gmail.comwith zoom out photo image of the defective area within 5 days from date of dispatch of your order for local customer & 1 week plus estimated shipment time (provided via confirmation email) from date of dispatch of your order for Oversea customers.
Our Assurance
CartRegisFashion strives to build a long term relationship with our customers thus we carefully inspect all our items when we first receive it from our supplier & do a final double check before sending out to our customers.
If any item has any defects or does not meet our QC standard, we will not send it out. WE seek your understanding that we would rather not pass it on to our customers to save the trouble that you had to go through. We understand how it feels.... the hassle of taking photos of defective parts, bearing the cost of shipping the item back to us, time spent in communicating and waiting, to get a refund or replacement.
If there's no extra piece of the item, we will inform customer accordingly & customer can either choose to refund the amount paid for the item or replace with another item of their choice that has same value or top up the difference if the amount is different. Alternatively we will do a refund or send a Gift Certificate to customer for the amount paid for the item.

Our Clothes consists of ready & non-ready stock items. This is so in order that we can keep our prices low & affordable for our customers & also offer a wide range of designs for selections.
For Ready stock items, you can usually receive your item(s) within 2-3 working days.
For Non-Ready items, you can usually receive your item(s) within 7-10 working days.
There may be delay in shipment sometimes and we apologies for any inconvenience caused.

For all exchanges, postage fee for sending the item back to us will be borne by the buyer. We will bear the resending fee for replacement item or issue a refund/ gift certificate if item is unavailable.

* Items with signs of tampering, using, washing, altering will not be entertained.
* Any returned packages received that do not conform to our rules of exchanges will be ignored and customers will need to bear further postage & handling charges for requesting us to send back to you.
